Changing Terms of Listing

Greetings,

When I created my listing I thought it best to stay as "lienient" as I could be about with Terms (check-in/out and cancellation) and did not require a Security Deposit. 

My question: if I change any of those terms or others does it apply to folks who have confirmed reservations or only to those who reserve after I've made the change(s).

Any alterations you make to your listing concerning security deposit, cancellation policy or anything else will only apply to new reservations. At the time the reservation is accepted, you made a contract with the guest which should be honoured. Hope this helps.
