I usually host while in residence at my listing (private room). I am travelling in May/June and will not be present when hosting. I wish this to be reflected in my listing. I wish to encourage longterm guests and do so well in advance. My listing price will need to rise, my descriptor will need to reflect 'entire home/apt', the number of bedrooms will change and thus other details in the descriptor How do I do this without creating an entirely new listing? Is this possible? Any help will be appreciated.
Andrew
The best and most straightforward thing to do is to create a new, whole-house listing. Why wouldn't you want to do that? Otherwise it's just too confusing. I just did this for my own home for when we'll be traveling or able to be out of the house temporarily.
Thanks Fiona. I suppose it will only require a little bit of 'cut and paste'. Did you you have to upload all your photos again (I'm unsure whether i still have mine) or was there an easy way to transfer?
