Checkpoint

Hi

I replied to an enquiry and now the dates are showing as not possible. When i check my forthcoming bookings the enquiry is now showing in this list as a booking but with the note 'Checkpoint'.

Has anyone seen this before?

I just recieved the same message. States "Checkpoint" and will not let me pre approve booking, says date is not avail.. but it is. What to do next?

Hi my special offer has changed to checkpoint? How do I then accept this booking?

 I too have  a special offer request that I have approved however it is coming up as checkpoint. the dates are blanked out too. i am not sure what i need to do
