Cleaning and parking permits in Bristol

Hi everyone,

I am thinking about hosting guests at my appartment in Bristol on Air BnB in the near future. As I am new to hosting, I was wondering if other hosts in the Bristol area could recommend a good reliable cleaner/cleaning company to clean the appartment and linens etc? It would also be useful to hear how much hosts are generally paying for cleaning their appartments (mine is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom).

More generally, I was wondering how hosts manage parking permits for their guests? The area I live in has permit only parking from 9am-9pm with permits usually costing £1 each to purchase from the council. Are you able to charge for these on Air BnB? Also how do hosts get parking permtis to guests if they don't actually meet them in person?

I host myself & normally charge for this, i also clean after my guests have left. I am a cleaner by occupation, should you need a cleaner i charge £12. Per hour. If you work full time & don’t have the time or energy please feel free to message me.
