Cleaning fees and taxes

Hi, we are a few months into this and recently did the local tax. I was wondering when reporting taxes, do I add the cleaning fee or deduct it from total income? We currently charge $15 but thinking of increasing. 

 

Also, I was wondering if anyone has a good guide as to what is tax-deductible or not. We keep receipts of items bought etc.

 

What about things not bought but you used from your own home. Like already owned items you barely used and now it's being used a lot bu guest and wearing out.
