I live in Venice / Marina del Rey, and I have been hosting Airbnb since 2010 in my own properties ( you can check in my reviews how happy my guests were ! )

I can be your co-host and help you welcoming new guests, answering inquiries, emergencies, and cleaning/laundry afterwards, supply all products, and even give your guests some tips about the area around - shopping, entertainment. I can also arrange pick-up from LAX airport. I can help you year-round or only when you are on holidays or overwhelmed.

I speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Hi there,

I'm considering buying a boat and was wondering when we don't use it if I could Airbnb. I have a couple of Airbnb at my house and City of LA is very strict. I don't know how that would work, would you mind sharing? The boat is in Long Beach and I was thinking of bringing it to Marina Del Rey and I don't know if that's possible.  I've researched city of Long Beach is very liberal but didn't say anything about boats.  If it is possible to find a slip there, I might need a co-host.  Would love to find out how to do that with you.
