Co-Hosting experiences

I would like to hear of strategies others use with co-hosting requests?

My strategy with initial engagement is to suggest meeting face to face at the property to discuss requirements because the initial request with the list of services required may not be exactly what the host is wanting.  The last request I received did not actually want a co-host, just wanted to hear about my experience and receive tips on how they can set up their listing.  Which took over an hour of my time.

Also, it seems with the discussion on co-hosting.  Once there has been back and forth dialogue on the discussion, I have noticed you lose the option to send a quote.  Therefore, there is no option for the host to approve quote and that discussion sits at "pending".

Thanking you in advance for your tips.

@Jo86  I have the same experience.  I am not able to send a quote.  I sent a message to Air BNB about what seems to be a glitch.  Still continues.  Co-host registration has not worked for me so far.

Has anyone solved this yet?  I have a few quotes to send out and it just says "pending" ???

Quotes are still unresponsive.
