I would like to introduce the situation:

My parents got an appartement in Calle de Jose Benlliure, Valencia.

It’s a 80 square meter with 2 rooms and bathroom and one open living room with the kitchen.

it’s a totally new appartement who was renovated in February 2019.

Actually, they are looking for a co-hosting who can take care of everything.

The only things, he has to speak french german or italian.
