Co- hosting. What perecntage should I pay of my bookings for full managment?

I now what my co-hosts to take over messages, cleaning, laundry, the lot! What is a fair standard rate for full management?

I'm sure you'll get plenty of opinions on this, but as an idea, we've paid 20% for full management (excluding cleaning). I'd say have a dicussion with your co-host, they may have a very different idea of what is 'fair'....
