I was wondering if you guys could help me out with some calculations.

I needed some guidance and I will be very grateful if you could provide me with it.

1. Can you tell me what is the legal/government fee for putting up an apartment on Airbnb?

2. I would appreciate if you could tell me the cost of electricity in one apartment (about 50 sq. meter in size)?

3. What would be the internet bill per one apartment?

3. What is the best practice for cleaning the apartments? Should we hire a service or our own labor? And the cost for your recommendation.

4. Also can you give an idea of what is the cost of furnishing/setting up an apartment for Airbnb? 

5. What are other costs of hosting?

I would be extremely grateful if you guys could help me out in this regard.

Hi Usman . I will try to give you the answers to your questions

1. its 15% tax over the turnover till the first 12000 euros and 35% for the anount over the 12000

2. About 120 euros per month

3. around 30 euros

4. a cleaning company should charge you about 30 euros

5. In general we calculate a 20 - 25 % over the revenue for all kind of operational expences incuding cleaning exept taxes
