Creating a new listing as ah ost

We are Airbnb hosts and are moving to a new city, where we plan to host again in our new home. How do we create a new listing for our new suite?  Do we just amend our current profile for the new space? Or do we delete and start again? What happens to our reviews if it's the latter?
