Customer's full ID -

good day, i would like to know if there is a way of finding my customers ID or Passport Number  taking in consideration that i can not communicate with them, and they already checked out.

This info is needed for my  income tax return statement.

@Dionisis4 what do you mean you cant communicate? Text them, call them, send them an e-mail, write them a mesage on the Airbnb app, there are a lot of ways of asking them to send you the number.

what i mean is that i am not certain that somebody will be willing to give me this kind of info,  so i want to have a backup solution 🙂

@Dionisis4 we collect that kind of info on their arrival because we have 12h time frame to report them to the police station for their temporary place of stay, I don't know the laws at your state but let them know why you need it and provide evidence like an web page from where you pay the taxes explaining the procedure. I don't mind to give my info on arrival but would find it weird if the host asks me after I leave, so it would be a better idea to collect that upon arrival.
