Hi

My guests have put some  black item on my white  towels rail and I have tried everything to remove the Mark's. They are really bad.  They have also damaged my skirting board below the towel rail it seems as if alot of water  has been coming from the item they have put on the towel rail and has caused my wood skirting board to swell. 

I do not know how you deal with this matter ?

Get some evidence if the next guests have not checked in.

Get a quote to put it right.

Raise a claim in the resolution centre.
