Data providers for Panama

Hi all,

I'm a new host in Panama (the country).  I'm looking into AirDNA (seems decent)... wondering if there might be other suggestions for data providers to look into for market research?  And if anyone has an promo codes, etc, I'd be grateful!  Many thanks.
