Delayed and lost payments from Paypal

A payment I was due in Jan was only made in Feb. Another payment showing on my Airbnb account as having been made to my paypal account some days ago is not there. Paypal say it has not arrived and there is nothing wrong with my account. Does anyone else have experience of this? Who do i talk to?

Thanks Clare, in fact someone else had posted a really useful list of numbers. I called the US and got it all sorted. I had changed my email and although i had notified both parties it somehow didnt' get through and had caused a mix up with paypal. Further call to paypal who were also very good and sorted it out. Thanks for repsonding.
