Do guests see listings first in search results, that are described in their language?

I am considering adding Finnish to my listing as a further language. Do guests who are speakers of a crtain language see the listings first in their search results, that are also described in their language and where the host speak their language?

It seems like it may be true that listings described in the guests preferred language appear higher in their search results.

I searched for listings in Moscow and almost all of the first 10 listings had the description of the listing written in English. When I changed my preferred language, as set in my profile settings, from English to Russian and searched again almost all of the first 10 listings had descriptions in Russian.
