Do i have to prepare paperworks like DTI, BIR before i post my listing?

Hi,

My condo is at Paranaque, Metron Manila Philippines, i would like to convert it to AirBnb since i'm an OFW. 

I'm wondering though if i need to address some paperworks first like DTI, BIR etc before posting, or AirBnB will auto compute and do all the taxing on our behalf and auto deduct it from our account?
