Do these "Hands off" hosting services work?

Has anyone used any of the two new popular "hands off" hosting companies like Pillow Homes on the West coast and Blanket Homes on the East coast? I heard they are pretty awesome hosting companies for busy hosts like myself that like to travel and needs help here and there, especially when I'm out of town and still want to make money off hosting guests. Thanks for any feedback.

Personally, I prefer to have my own people, as hosting is a very complex job. If you are out of town a lot, it would worth to hire a house manager.
