Do you have to be living in the apartment/house to have guests?

I am planning to buy a house a few mins away from my current place where I live and host. Am I allowed to list another house under my account?

Hi @Aditya0, You can have multiple listings with airbnb.  However, you need to check with your local laws.  In San Francisco we are allowed to have listings for short-term rentals (<30 days) that are our primary residence and it is not possible to have more than one primary residence.
