Does Air B&B permit Corporate Housing businesses to use its platform?

  My wife has a business that offers fully furnished, upscale apartments to people needing a place to stay for a month or longer. She would like to utilize Air B&B to fill in between her client's stays and, thus, increase occupancy. However, she has been having difficulty with Air B&B.

  Air B&B asks for a copy of a utility bill which she sent. However, the utility bill is in her company's name, not hers. 

  Air B&B also asks for a copy of her driver's license, which is certainly reasonable. However, our state places several holigrams in that document which, admittedly, makes a scanned image of it look questionable.

  How should she proceed with Air B&B? How do other Corporate Housing providers overcome these problems?

Yes, Airbnb would allow your wife to list her business on the platform.

I personally would rather she didnt though as it takes away the real concept of what Airbnb is/used to be, "Mi casa es tu casa" kind of deal.

Corporate housing means that an employer covers all costs for accommodation instead of an employee.

By the way, this also concerns short-term and long-term rent of an apartment or a house.
