Dont like how Instant Booking is linkd to House rules and the 'Why guests choose this place' feature

I dont like how if I dont want Instant booking, those features appear in my house rules. And if I select yes for everything, it appears in my listing under the 'Why guests choose this place' feature.  For my example, I dont allow children, pets, or events. These things have been taken out of the amenities and get put in the house rules if you select no to everything in the new Booking feature when you edit your listing.
