Entire home listing blocked by airbnb

Last  June I decided to use a management company named as I left  London to the states all summer. The 90 days allowed was the best time to be used in summer for higher pricing.

They set up my account and I booked my whole summer full,  when I arrived back to my flat the 90 days had been already used.. So in oct I decided to then rent my spare room as I had it just sitting there so I edited the listing pricing and photos to show only the one room and private bathroom , etc., no issues at all.

I went on to do this listing as private room from oct 2017 to now may 2018.

Last week I hired another management company to take over and manage my listing.  They  had to add new photos as now not  only were there some upgraded done to my flat but the pics used from prior were branded with the other company.  When they uploaded the new pics and optimized the new pricing for entire home listing it  came back blocked saying that the 90 days had already been used. The listing now shows as now entire home and pricing was adjusted but airbnb had blocked my calendar.

I have contacted Airbnb last 7 days ago and have explained to them exactly what the issue was as well have sent them screen shots of there emails sent by Airbnb confirming the bookings reservations listed as a private room.

All my message with guests can also confirm me in the home hosting them helping them when they needed something and so on.

I have contacted Airbnb last 7 days ago and have explained to them exactly what the issue was and have sent then all images and documents of emails  proving I had not listed my entire home  since sept of 2017 with still nothing being done. The operator cant give me any logical reasoning and keeps saying its under investigation but then today she sends me a google doc to fill an  Exemption Form in order to request to be exempted from or remove the booking limit in relation to they're listing will, as part of that process, agree for certain data about them (including they're listing address) to be shared with their local authority, other government bodies, regulatory or law enforcement authorities and/or courts.

But this form doesn’t apply to my situation as I haven’t listed my entire home until last week. Im very confused on how to get this fixed
