Well. It was bound to happen. We just got our first non-5-star review. But they wrote a glowing review and all of the subcategories are 5s along with several badges for sparkling clean, thoughtful touches, nice amenities, etc 🤷‍♀️

Ugh, @Lenore22 . I feel ya. I've had two of those back to back just recently, after almost two years of straight 5's. The most frustrating part of it is only getting great feedback to go along with the 4. So what was the point of the 4 then, when there apparently is nothing we can improve on. I even ask guests, when I send my check out thank you, to let me know if there is anything I could have done to make their stay better. The second guest to award me the 4 replied back with 'Nothing, and by the way, I would like to know what kind of bed that is...best sleep ever!!". Ugh. Thanks, buddy.
