Hi Airbnb Community!
I found out today that I had to cancel one of my reservations which should have been taking place in 10 days because of a family emergency. I contacted the guest before cancelling this morning, and cancelled through the website.
I would like to file a claim for extenuating circumstances to avoid the penalties that Airbnb applies. However, when I go on the dedicated page to file such claim, I am only given options to file a claim for reservations that I have not cancelled yet.
Can anyone help me with this?
