Hello,
I am new to Airbnb and I know this has been asked many times, but I can not find an answer.
I rent an entire townhouse.
I just had 7 adults stay in my place, but the $20 charge per extra guest that I set was not added in my earnings any of the nights.
These are my settings...
Accommodates: 7
After more than: 6 guests, charge $20 per person, per night.
Is it because I have that I can accomodate 7? Should I change this to Accommodate 6?
I have 3 bedrooms which hold 2 people each and a sofa bed in a common area for 1 person (extra person).
Is this a glitch, or am I doing something wrong?
@Craig-and-Mónica0 I just visited your listing, and when I selected 1-6 guests, it was the same price.
Upon selecting a 7th guest, the price increased by $20.
So it seems to work as expected.
Did the people who stayed with you enter the correct number of guests?
Also, is it possible that they booked with you before you set up the per-guest pricing?
Hi Matthew,
It says Guests: 7 Adults
Maybe there is a chance that they booked before the setting. I thought I set the price before, but maybe not.
Thank you
