False ratings with irrelevant facts

I recently got several guests that stayed with me since last year. recently some of them just gave me a 4 star on Location, I'm confused with this rate. Since they could see the location range on the map, and if anyone asked about public transportation, I always tell them the truth and give them recommendations. The neighborhood itself is good, but they just left 4 stars on location. When I checked on them, they said everything was fine they had a good stay. Besides, one of the guests, he booked my place then revised the reservation on the check-in date. I didn't charge him, when he was here, I satisfied what he asked, and checked with him about the stay. he left three 4 stars on the detailed rating without any reason. some other things like suggest me to use wrinkle free sheet which won't affect the feeling and have a table in the room which I didn't list in my listing.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I really have no idea what to do with this kind of guests. they left simply review that you cannot debate but ratings were low.

God grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.

This is the very subjective and arbitrary review system. I know as a guest, I can be annoyed, jet-lagged and will bitchy if you look at me wrong. Conversely, there are days I'm so happy and exhausted from walking your beautiful city, that I don't care that your towels are torn and you woke me up too early.

Many hosts have success with asking guests for a 5 star review.

I am torn about wrinkle free sheets. I use 100% cotton, cuz I think they are the most comfortable. But cotton easily wrinkles, so I know my guests are not receiving that "wow" feeling 😞
