Features missing from search?

Am I losing my mind? Every now and again I will log out and look at my search placement by just entering the city and state of my listing. Recently it did not show up under instant book though I have it on. It did not show up under Superhost another time, though as far as I know I am one. It did not show up on my friend's phone at all though it is the only listing in the small town where our cottage is located. She had to find it on the map. Usually when I log out and look, its first on the page. 

 

Anyone else have these sorts of mysterious search issues?
