Filing US hosting taxes - Schedule E questions

Working through Schedule E in Turbo Tax leads me to questions:

1 - One of our listings is a room in our personal home. This was rented on 71 nights. Turbo Tax makes number of days lived in versus rented out an either or question, when this listing was rented out and lived in by us. Advice?

2 - Our other listing we do not own, rather we pay rent to a landlord, however Turbo Tax says Schedule E is for renting properties I own. Advice?

3 - I've been paying county innkeeper taxes each month. Where do I account for these in my tax return? As an estimated local payment? Probably not as an expense that I deduct from the gross. Advice?

Isn’t Turbo Tax advertising tax experts available to review your return? You should probably ask a tax accountant these questions.

Turbo Tax has accountants available to advise, but it's not free.

I use my local library during tax season- they have accountants available to answer your questions for free. Something that may be available in your city.

If my transaction history for 2021 is less than $330, do I have to fill out Schedule E (form 1040)?
