Finding a host, agency or co-host in Kolkata

Hi there

We have a property in Kolkata we'd like to offer on Airbnb. The problem is that we live in the UK, so we're dependant on finding a reliable and professional organisation to offer a complete service for our guests.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and, if so, what solution did you find (if any!)? Airbnb do not recommend any specific agency and suggested I ask the community. 

I'm sure as others have found, it's quite a frightening prospect to relinquish the management over to a third-party and I'd be very interested, and grateful, to hear of your experiences.
