Hi Hosts, 

Now all you need to do is click 4 times to get in touch with Airbnb as shown below:

Step 0: Update your Airbnb App.

Step 1: Go to your profile and click on Get help.

Step 2: Select the reservation you want help with and click on Go to reservation help.

Step 3: Click on Contact Us

Step 4: Choose your preferred way to reach out to the Airbnb team.

Hurray!

Note that this option is only available during the most critical times of hosting—48 hours before a reservation, during a reservation, and 48 hours after guests check out.

Discovered something "funny" when checking this on my laptop @Jeet0 @Lizzie0...

If I work on the English version I get these options. But if I switch to the Norwegian version it is not available. Only the american number is available through the English version. On my app I got these options, but the app is ìn English. And trying right now it was no longer available since the app said I had to log in. I was already logged in! 😩 I have saved the Norwegian number on my phone from earlier. But shouldn't this be an option in all versions? Since I am registered in Norway it should display the Norwegian number? Or at least the list of available numbers?
