Thanks for posting your topic and welcome to the Community Center. I am sorry to hear you are having problems with this. The CC is mainly for discussions between hosts and/or guest and is not managed by any of the Airbnb Help Center Team. I recommend you contact the Help Team directly regarding your payments and they will be able to look into this further. I also presume you have contacted your bank directly to check it hasn't gone in already? 

 

Lastly, just to say for safety reasons personal information is not allowed to be displayed within the Center as it is publically visible, therefore I have removed your email address. Do have a look at the Community Center Guidelines for more details about this.
