Gaging interest for an App to handle Smart Locks, Lights etc. of your listing

Hello AirBnB community!

I am in the process of developing an application where Hosts could manage all of their listings "Smart Features". Think Nest Thermostat, Smart Lights, Smart Locks, etc..

The application would sync with your listings calendars, allowing the app to :

1- Automatically lower AC/Heating to save cost based on Checkout/Checkin time

2- Handle Pin Codes. (Delete a Pin after checkout, create a new one for next guest)

3- Turn off all the lights after checkout

4- Allow you to know when and who is entering your house at all times.

5- Have a Camera to monitor the exterior of your house.

Would that be a service that might interest you Hosts? Would you consider it helpful enough to buy Smart products such as Nest Thermostat/Smart Locks?
