Gale Locks

Hi there, we have a property that has a main house and a little guest house (Listing 1626735). The guest house is in the backyard, which is entirely fenced in. We have a combination lock on the wooden gate but that seems to be our biggest issue with our guests. Guests can't seem to figure out how to work the different combinaiton locks we have tried and we have spent about $200 on different locks. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for what they use for gate locks. We ideally would love it if we could find something that we can change the code easily, and have it so that the lock attached to the gate and can be locked and unlocked from either side.   We are open to suggestions at this point.

Hello.  Your post is old, but Im having the same problem.  Im using a mechanical lock because it needs to be weatherproof, but its giving us a hard time.  Did you found a solution? what was it?  Than ks!

I am in the same situation now - looking for a weatherproof gate lock.   @Jen--and-James0 and @Evelyn647   can you let me know which lock you suggest? Thanks!
