Growing Trust

Hi everyone,

My name is Scott, and I'm a Host in Toronto, with a few years experience.

I'm working on the foundations of research for my Thesis work with OCAD University here, and was wondering if anyone might have the time to chat about how to build trust between strangers?

I've developed a HOST - based survey (only about 12 questions, should take about 10 minutes), and would greatly appreciate any feedback you have the time to offer.
