Guest arrived a day before check-in / reservation date
Hi everyone - happy almost St. Patrick's Day!!
My guest arrived a day early. The reservation says March 16th and she arrived on the 15th. Even weirder than that, the conversation also agrees March 16th but I guess English is not her first language.
How do I change the check-in date to yesterday?
The system will not allow me to amend reservation and put check-in date in the past.
You could call Airbnb and have them change this for you or you could just agree to ammend the price and keep the dates the same. You would do the same thing you tried with changing the dates but instead of changing the dates, change the price.

My guest has not arrived yet but made booking for the 25th asking me whether it would be a problem if they arrive at 2am. I told them that was not a problem. I've sent them the directions etc one week prior to their arrival and follow up email 2 days prior to their arrival confirming the date and time. But the guest stated that they are arriving a day early and they asked me whether it was okay...He has not mentioned the date but only the time. I've asked for an additional fee but only half of a nightly cost. He started being extremely rude. I have all the conversation and now I have a feeling that he would damage something at my apartment. I won't be able to check the apartment after their departure. As the matter of fact I don't mind if they don't stay. And I also told them I can return their money in full...But he said they will stay...What do you suggest? My apartment could've been occupied with another guest....Luckly it isn't///
