Guest booked blocked days

Hi guys

I blocked out some days on my calendar and a guest has booked them anyhow. It's Bed and Breakfast Villa Galle. I blocked the rooms for 29th Dec. I've written to the guest but got no response. Please can you help to resolve this. Thanks! Anita

Hi Anita, 

I would recommend contacting Airbnb customer service immediately. I would explain that you are confused as to how you were able to receive a booking on your calendar for days you had intentionally blocked off. I would then request that Airbnb cancel these bookings without penalty to you and rehome the guests as appropriate.
