Guest can't find special offer

I send the guest a special offer & she can't find where it's at to accept it....  Anyone know the guest side well enough to walk us through?

There just may be a delay in the guest's receipt of the special offer. Airbnb offers communication via text, email and on their account dashboard. I have found that there can be an hour difference between the time I get a text and the time that I get a notification that there is a message on my dashboard.
