I have a booking request but the guest can't see mymessage and my pre aproval keeps going off as I refresh the page. what should I do? Is there direct contact with a living person in airbnb to solve my problem?

A request can only be accepted or declined. An Inquiry can be pre-approved, so there is something confusing in your posting. Here is a list of phone numbers, but unfortunatelly Croatia is not in it...:
@Klaudija0 If your guest is trying to read your message in the airbnb message notification she/he would have been sent, that won't work. It is just a notification. They have to go onto airbnb app or desktop, sign in and go to messages. Then they will be able to read the whole message you send.
