Guest cancellation

Guest cancelling less than 24 hours before check in - my policy is strict.

Reason for cancellation is son has come down with chicken pox so heself and husband can no longer leave him with babysitters. They want a refund, what to do....

It's really up to you... your policy is displayed when they booked, if you feel like refunding them that's on your good heart
