Guest did not arrive and now I have to review him?

Guest did not arrive and emailed me at midnight saying he wasn't coming. It wasn't a problem for us but now I'm meant to leave a review for him because he did not cancel his reservation. I've been paid by AirBnb etc. so its all good - I just don't know how to review the guest who did not arrive.

How about just putting into the txt something like "this guest did not arrive, and emailed the night before the stay to let me know", and leaving it like that.  That would speak volumes to me and is as honest as can be.  

 

I would ignore the stars and thumb, since you can't really evaluate those areas.  Or does ignoring stars mean "zero stars", which is not really what I meant..

Not leaving a thumb up or down doesn't let you leave a review.

 

What I personally would do in that case is call ABB and explain situation and that all okay but if they could take off the reviewing in this case.

why bother review? they cant properly review you either ..move on
