Guest did not arrive and now I have to review him?
Guest did not arrive and emailed me at midnight saying he wasn't coming. It wasn't a problem for us but now I'm meant to leave a review for him because he did not cancel his reservation. I've been paid by AirBnb etc. so its all good - I just don't know how to review the guest who did not arrive.
How about just putting into the txt something like "this guest did not arrive, and emailed the night before the stay to let me know", and leaving it like that. That would speak volumes to me and is as honest as can be.
I would ignore the stars and thumb, since you can't really evaluate those areas. Or does ignoring stars mean "zero stars", which is not really what I meant..
