Guest didn't show up and wants refund

Guest booked my room for 13 nights. On day of checkin, guest sends me message she can't make it. 2 days later, she asks for refund. What is the policy with Airbnb for refunds? Should I refund at all?

You don't do anything, If a guest wants a refund they have to contact ABB and it will depend upon your cancellation policy.

I have no idea what your cancellation policy is as you appear to have deleted or snoozed your listing.
