Guest fee not showing up in booking...

Aloha,

I'm new to hosting and have confirmed that I've set a guest fee for each guest beyond 1. My first booking came through (1 adult and 1 infant) but the guest fee isn't showing up in the rate.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

An infant does not attract an additional guest fee perhaps?

Hi and thanks! I figured that's why it didn't show up for the first reservation. But the next 3 all say "2 guests" and they have all been 2 adults. 2 of the 3 have paid out but, again, no $15 markup from the base price for the additional guest.

Is there a way to contact AirBnB directly?

@Hillaire0, @Allan57@ is right, "infants"aren't counted as guests. Very controversial policy on airbnb, if you search for "INfANT" you'll see what I mean. .
