My guest for today has verbally abused my father and my housekeeper. She had yelled at my father (about one of the light bulbs in the kitchen that was not working) and had made threatening gestures at my housekeeper. I am out of the country at the moment, and am very worried that her behaviour would escalate. What should I do? Can I cancel her booking?
Somebody must have communicated this to you (who ?) If you can't communicate yourself with the guest via email or phone, you can only rely on this person's information and judge it. BTW If you are regurarly "out of the country" , having a local co-host available could be an option for you ? Best regards,Emiel
