Guest payment method

I have a guest who has already booked and paid, but now he is asking if he can change his payment method.  How should he go about this? I am new to hosting. Thanks.

He needs to contact Airbnb directly.  I suggest using twitter:  @Airbnbhelp since they seem to give a pretty fast response.
