We see a total on our end for $467, but the guest says her total comes to $599. Next we sent a special offer for exactly $467, and still it adds $132 to the total, although we don't see anything related to that. We thought maybe she had her settings in Canadian dollars but she confirmed she is in US dollars as well. We've had over 50 bookings and never encountered this.
Thanks from Chicago!
Hi @Bladon---Pablo0 : )
My guess is that it's Chicago taxes. We had a similar situation where a girl was seeing a significantly higher price and that's what we figured out.
I'm certain that is the discrepancy in price. I'm surprised you are just encountering this since Chicago implemented the occupancy tax several months back. It's a hefty addition to the cost but so far no one has complained. Good luck guys! Miss you.
