Guest slow down?

Has anyone noticed a sharp decline in guests in September? I went from booked solid,  to almost zero requests on all 3 airbnb spaces. (And my rate being jacked up to maximum nightly rate vs regular rate)

Summer is pretty much over, Coronavirus is a concern, and people aren’t traveling as much.

We’re not getting a lot of bookings either but I doubt that it is related to reviews.

Your one vaguely negative review was obviously written by someone who is not too bright.

I doubt that anyone would pay any attention to it.

Hope you mention that moose are not particularly friendly creatures. Some idiot might decide to try to pet them.

This scary trend started about 1-2 months ago - people are nervous - about? Everything.

Elections and the existing political climate have an influence.

We have at least 30 Airbnb users dying to book (for Fall 2022) but to a person are waiting to feel more confident about the future, which means low consumer confidence. Never seen that before, ever.

To add to it the pandemic is still 'there'.
