A guest was unable to pay within the booking timeframe because her credit was stolen. She received a new card and wants to rebook, but the dates she wants appear blocked on her end. My calendar shows the dates are available. Any suggestionsZ? Thanks!
@Jen-And-Tim1 you pay Airbnb lots of money to handle your guests' payments. I would direct your guest there. There is really nothing that you as a host can do to assist anyways, and the story sounds a little fishy.
