Guest wants to have their friend stay the last two nights

I am new to airbnb.  After my guest  were here for 2 days, they asked if their friend could stay the last night.  I can accomodate 3 people but I charge $15 for anyone over 2 people.  How do I handle this.

You go to the reservation, choose change or cancel, then change, change to 3 persons and adjust the amount to include the thrid person fee. When they accept - it is all done and dusted.

simply click on "modify booking" and update the number of guests - this will automatically update the price.

your guest will have to accept the new total before they move their friend in. 

there is no option to select only 2 nights out of the whole trip, but you do have the option to change the price if needed.
