Gust lets me know they cant arrive but doesnt cancel trip

Hi,

My guest , on the day of arrival, told me that she cannot arrive because she was robbed the day before, but the trip is not cancelled on airbnb....
Do i have to refund? And since the trip is not canceled will i have still a review from them??

No, you do not have to refund and they are probably covered by their insurance anyway.  They should have cancelled through the site, but getting robbed is upsetting and they may have forgotten.  But it was not your fault they did not cancel or that they got robbed, so why should you suffer as well.
