Please explain how the host change procedure happens, and note that we can NOT proceed with the host change request, before payment of guest *** is transferred to my account.

@Yoav0 Unfortunately this is not the place to address Airbnb as there are no Airbnb employees here.  I don't think you can substitute another person as host.  That person needs to establish their own account and listing.  That said, you should discuss the situation with Airbnb..
